Q. Can I come and view the facility
A. Yes. Call our reception to make an appointment.

Q. Do you have parking onsite.
A. Yes.

Q. Can a husband and wife be placed together.
A. Yes provided that we have the vacancies.

Q. Are meals prepared onsite.
A. Yes we have a full kitchen and chefs. Our menu has been set out by a dietitian.

Q. Do you accommodate for special dietary needs.
A. Yes.

Q. Is the laundry facility on site.
A. Yes. We will require you to label all garments.

Q. Can we personalise the room that our loved one is in.
A. Yes we encourage the family to bring in photos, pictures, T.V, personalised quilt, radio as some suggestions.

Q. Can we bring in family pets to visit.
A. Yes.

Q. Can our family member have a glass of wine or spirit with their meals.
A. Yes. You need to arrange this with us.

Q. My loved one is a smoker.
A. We have an outside smoking area.

Q. Can we have family social time and birthday parties.
A. Yes. Let us know what you would like to arrange and when.

Q. Can our loved one have home stays and family outings.
A. Yes. Let us know in advance of times and dates.

Q. Are there any set visiting times.
A. You may visit your loved one at any time provided it does not interfere with comfort other residents.

Q. How is the account structured.
A. We send out the billing on a month to month basis.

Q. Can we have our own doctor.
A. Yes provided that your doctor is able to come to our facility. We can appoint one of our doctors if needed.
