Julie Kalman
RN., B.HSM, Grad. Cert. Aged Care., JP
Julie is a very experienced Director of Nursing who knows
how to bring our team together, taking pride in their work
as dedicated professionals.
Deputy Director of Nursing

Bronwyn Heinrich
RN., RGN., Cert. Ed., RNT., Counselling Dip.
Bronwyn has many years experience in Aged Care services and
education and is dedicated to respecing the individual needs
of our residents and staff
Nurse Educator
Jennifer Field
RN., RMW, Mothercraft Nurse, Cert IV Workplace Training &
Assessing, Currently undertaking Grad. Cert in Aged Care
Jennifer has had many years experience in community and Aged
Care nursing and is dedicated to on-going quality care of
our residents through education of all our nursing and
support staff.
Administration & Reception
Mandy Newth
Mandy has been with Netherby since 1990. She is fully
committed to helping our residents and families with her
wealth of experience.
Nurses
We have Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and
Certificate 111 Assistant Nurses who provide our Residents
with highly competent care.
Activity Officers
They organise and encourage our residents to participate
in the many activities we provide.
Support Staff
We have on-site catering, laundry and maintenance staff
and we use contract cleaners to clean the building seven
days a week.
Medical and Allied Services
Netherby has an experienced and dedicated team of
professionals who help us to provide an extensive and
diverse range of specialist services to fully meet the needs
of our residents. These include our doctors,
physiotherapist, podiatrist, dietitian, massage therapist,
speech pathologist, local pharmacy, pathology service, aroma
therapist, hairdresser and beautician.
